Summer opening hours and shipping 2026

Dear customer,

Our team is also enjoying a well-deserved summer holiday. Therefore, we will temporarily operate with adjusted opening hours and a modified order processing schedule.

Our webshop will remain open throughout the entire holiday period, so you can place your order at any time. Please note, however, that orders placed during certain periods will be processed and shipped at a later date.

Webshop order processing

• Weeks 30 and 31: Orders will be processed and shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. No parcels will be shipped on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Weeks 32 and 33 (3 - 16 August): Our webshop will remain open, but orders will not be processed or shipped until Monday, 17 August.

Please note: This applies to products that are in stock at KW FLEX. Some of our suppliers may also experience longer processing times during the holiday period, which may result in extended delivery times for certain products.

Custom clothing printing temporarily unavailable

From Thursday, 16 July, our custom clothing printing department will be temporarily closed.

Orders or individual order items that include custom clothing printing cannot be supplied during this period and will be cancelled and refunded if necessary.

If the remaining order value falls below the free shipping threshold as a result, shipping costs may still apply.

You can still place an order, but it will only be shipped in full from 17 August. Please mention this in the comments field when placing your order.

Custom clothing printing will be available again from 17 August.

Week 29 (13 - 19 July)

• Monday 13 July through Wednesday 15 July: normal opening hours.
• Thursday 16 July: closed.
• Friday 17 July: open.

Weeks 30 and 31 (20 July - 2 August)

• Monday: 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: closed
• Thursday: closed
• Friday: 12:00 PM - 5:30 PM

Weeks 32 and 33 (3 - 16 August)

Our store will be completely closed during this period.

From Monday, 17 August, our normal opening hours will resume.

Returns

Returns cannot be processed between 30 July and 16 August. If you wish to return an item, please keep it until after our holiday period.

Of course, the return period will automatically be extended by 2 weeks, giving you plenty of time to return your order.

Customer service

During our holiday period, responses to email and WhatsApp messages may take longer than usual. Please allow a few business days for a reply.

We will not be available by telephone during this period.

From Monday, 17 August, we will be happy to assist you again as usual.
