Holiday

Dear customer,

Like many people, our team is also ready for a holiday.

That is why the shop will be closed from 25 December to 4 January. During this period, it will still be possible to place orders in our webshop.

Online orders will be shipped again from 5 January*.

Responses via email and WhatsApp will be slower during the holiday period and may sometimes take several days. It will not be possible to contact us by telephone.

*Only valid for products that KW FLEX has in stock. Various suppliers are slower in processing orders due to the holiday period. Therefore, these products will have a longer delivery time.

All orders will be processed as normal again from 5 January.

Returns

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return your orders between 25 December and 4 January, as we are unable to receive and process them. We can still process all returns received before 6 July.

Return period extended

The return period will, of course, be automatically extended by two weeks. Do you have a product that needs to be returned? Please do so after 5 January. We will then process the returns as soon as possible.
