Holiday

Dear customer,

Like many people, our team is also ready for a holiday.

That is why the shop will be closed from 7 July to 27 July. During this period, it will still be possible to place orders in our webshop.

Online orders will be shipped again from 28 July*.

Responses via email and WhatsApp will be slower during the holiday period and may sometimes take several days. It will not be possible to contact us by telephone.

*Only valid for products that KW FLEX has in stock. Various suppliers are slower in processing orders due to the holiday period. Therefore, these products will have a longer delivery time.

All orders will be processed as normal again from 28 July.

Returns

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return your orders between 7 July and 27 July, as we are unable to receive and process them. We can still process all returns received before 6 July.

Return period extended

The return period will of course be automatically extended by two weeks. Do you have a product that needs to be returned? Please do so after 28 July. We will then process the returns as soon as possible.

For orders over €150, you will receive a free pair of KW FLEX premium socks.
Please specify the size and your preference for high or low in the order notes. We will take care of the rest.

After our holiday, we will be happy to assist you again with renewed energy, just as you are used to from us.
