Delivery terms

Orders on working days before 12pm will be shipped on the same day (if available in stock)

KW FLEX delivers quickly right after your online purchase. You will receive your package the next working day or the day after if your items are available in stock and are purchased via iDeal before 12pm.

Item not in stock

KW FLEX’s goal is to deliver on the same day. If your item is not available in stock or your order still needs to be personalized, delivery will be delayed. For example when your racket needs a wire replacement.

Most items will be back in stock within 3 working days. As soon as we have your selected item back in stock, we will ensure your item is delivered promptly. You will be notified on the shipping progress of your order.

KW FLEX sells their products offline as well as online. Some items might not be available online due to a delayed update on our website. We will contact you if this problem occurs and find a quick solution.

Online tracking of your order

KW FLEX ships orders via DHL or PostNL. All orders have their own Track & Trace number. You can find this code in the order confirmation e-mail sent by KW FLEX after your purchase is made. You can use this code to track your order on DHL or PostNL

Failed delivery

If you are not at home when your package is being delivered, we will try again the next day (except Monday and Sunday). If there is another failed delivery, we will send your package to the nearest PostNL collection point for pick up at your convenience. You can pick up your package the very next day.

Delayed orders

All DHL packages are shipped within 24 hours (except on Sunday and Monday). In exceptional cases, delay might incur. KW FLEX will always do their best to ensure a fast delivery.
