Surcharge islands or remote locations
When shipping packages to islands or special destinations outside the Netherlands, there may be a surcharge on top of the standard shipping costs. Please take this into account when placing orders.

Partial delivery
Do you order several products at once, but is a product out of stock or is it listed as a Pre-order online? Then, in principle, the order will not be shipped until it is complete. If a product is out of stock, in most cases it can be shipped within 3-5 business days.
With a Pre-order item, it takes until the product is actually delivered. We recommend taking this into account as it can take weeks in some cases.
Would you still like a part of the order to be sent in a partial delivery?
In that case, we charge extra shipping costs and the item will be shipped as soon as the extra payment request has been fulfilled.

Recycling
The environment is very important to KW FLEX. We re-use carton boxes from other suppliers such as Yonex or Victor. It is likely you will see their label when you receive your order.
We will always ensure we find the correct shipping box that matches your item. Your goods will be packed and brought to the shipping company in the best conditions.
Wrong delivery address
When a wrong or incomplete delivery address is entered, and the resulting costs are at all times for the account of the purchasing party. KW FLEX shall not be liable for incorrectly entering a delivery address. If the order is returned to KW FLEX by the delivery service, these costs shall be deducted from the amount paid if you cancel the order. If the order must be shipped again, these costs shall also be borne by the person who placed the order. These shipping costs depend on the country of destination.
