The prices below are based on the Dutch VAT rate of 21%, this may differ per country due to local VAT rates.

Netherlands

  • Orders under €100: €6.95 shipping fee
  • Orders from €100: Free shipping
  • Delivery time: approx. 1 business day (order before 12:00 = shipped today)*
  • Carrier: DPD (sometimes PostNL)
  • Home delivery or pick-up point.

Belgium

  • Orders under €150: €9.95 shipping fee
  • Orders from €150: Free shipping

Shipping to the United Kingdom

Direct checkout for the United Kingdom is currently not available in our webshop.
We can still process UK orders manually on request.
Because UK shipments require customs documents and manual export processing, we ask a minimum order value of €200.

How to order:
Please email [email protected] with the product links, any custom requirements (such as stringing or printing) and your delivery address. We will then provide a quotation including shipping costs and a payment link.

Shipping rates

  • Up to 5 kg: €34.95
  • 5–10 kg: €39.95

Prices are shown excluding Dutch VAT where applicable. UK import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are not included and are payable by the customer upon import.
Returns from the UK must be requested in advance. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or KW FLEX made a mistake with the order.

We are currently unable to ship to the USA due to uncertainty regarding import tariffs. The parcel service is not shipping packages. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to ship orders to the USA again as soon as possible.

Partial Deliveries & Pre-orders

  • When ordering multiple products, the order will usually only be shipped once it is complete.
  • Out-of-stock items are usually shipped within 3–6 business days.
  • Pre-order items are shipped as soon as the manufacturer delivers them (this may take several weeks).
  • Want part of your order earlier? This is possible against additional shipping costs.

Island & Remote Area Surcharge

When shipping to islands or remote locations, an extra surcharge on top of the standard shipping costs may apply. Please contact us if you are unsure.

Packaging & Environment

  • KW FLEX reuses shipping boxes received from suppliers (e.g. Yonex, Victor). You may therefore receive a package with another brand’s logo.
  • We always use fitting packaging. If necessary, we cut boxes to size to ensure your order is well protected.
  • Fragile products (such as rackets) always get extra protection.

Incorrect Delivery Address

  • Always check that your postcode, street and house number are correct.
  • For incorrect or incomplete addresses, the extra costs are at the buyer’s expense.
  • If a shipment is returned to us by the carrier, and you cancel the order, the costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • If the order needs to be resent, you will be charged the shipping costs again.

Too high shipping costs

The shipping costs are calculated automatically and can sometimes be higher than actually needed (e.g. 70 euros in shipping costs for 3 rackets). We can then refund the overpaid amount of shipping costs.
