Yonex PolyTour Drive Soft 125 – spin with comfort

The Yonex PolyTour Drive Soft 125 Yellow - 200 metres is a tennis string for players who want easier access to spin. Its octagonal profile provides additional grip on the ball and helps generate strong ball rotation.

Yonex developed this string for different swing speeds. This means players with a more moderate swing can also benefit from its spin-friendly characteristics.

PolyTour Drive Soft makes spin accessible

The string features an octagonal polyester monofilament construction. This shape gives the string bed additional grip on the ball, making it easier to generate topspin during baseline strokes.

The PolyTour Drive Soft is designed to provide accessible performance. You therefore don't need an extremely high swing speed to take advantage of the string's spin potential.

1.25 mm for a versatile playing feel

With a thickness of 1.25 mm, this version offers a versatile combination for different playing styles. The polyester construction provides the direct feel that many players look for in a monofilament string.

• 1.25 mm / 16L string thickness.
• Octagonal monofilament for additional grip on the ball.
• Polyester construction for a direct playing feel.
• Designed to provide easier access to powerful spin.
• Suitable for players with different swing speeds.
• Flash Yellow colour for a striking appearance.
• 200-metre reel for multiple string jobs.

Yonex's official specifications confirm a length of 200 metres, a diameter of 1.25 mm and an octagonal polyester monofilament construction.

Who is the Yonex PolyTour Drive Soft for?

The Yonex PolyTour Drive Soft 125 is an interesting choice for tennis players who want to generate more spin from their strings. It is particularly suitable if you are looking for a shaped polyester string that isn't aimed exclusively at players with very fast swings.

With this 200-metre reel, you can string multiple tennis rackets. Choose the PolyTour Drive Soft 125 if you want to combine spin and a direct playing feel.

Replace your strings in time

Many tennis players replace the stringing of their tennisracket only after it has broken, and you cannot continue to play. Anticipate on wear and tear and replace your stringing at least 1x per year if you play 1x or 2x per week. Choose a suitable string for your style of play and wishes!
